Auftraggeber: Arztpraxis – Wendl-Dietrich-Straße, München

Ziel: Modernes Raumkonzept in Harmonie mit dem Denkmalschutz

Umfang:

• Bestandsaufnahme Praxisräume und Arbeitsabläufe
• Berücksichtigung der Vorgaben des Denkmalschutzes
• Aufteilung in 2 Bauabschnitte:
  1) Umsetzung eines schon vorhandenen Raumkonzepts + Entwurf eines Empfangstresens.
  2) Neugestaltung des Behandlungszimmers.
• Erstellung Material- und Farbkonzept, das sich an das denkmalgeschützte Haus anpasst
• Zusammenarbeit mit Generalunternehmer (verantwortlich für die Bauausführung)

Ergebnis: Eine modernisierte Arztpraxis im Herzen eines denkmalgeschützten Altbaus. Ein harmonisches Zusammenspiel von alt und neu.

Planning & Renovation

 

Client: Medical practice – Wendl-Dietrich-Straße, Munich

Goal: Modern spatial concept in harmony with monument protection

Scope:

• Inventory of practice rooms and work processes
• Taking into account the requirements of monument protection
• Divided into 2 construction phases:
  1) Implementation of an existing room concept + design of a reception desk.
  2) Redesign of the treatment room.
• Creation of a material and color concept that adapts to the listed house
• Collaboration with general contractor (responsible for construction)

Result: A modernized medical practice in the heart of a listed old building. A harmonious interplay of old and new.
